Continuous checking whether prepared food is ready, can bother… As you know, various types of meats should reach different temperatures to be considered ready for consumption. From today you can relax and control the dishes with the help of your phone – we even have ready-made settings for your type of meat!

You can control the wireless bluetooth thermometer from out of mobile device application. The magnetic housing allows you to hang the thermometer on a metal surface. The device supports up to six (6) probes – just put the probes where you want to have the measurement and turn on the application. Setting the right alarm will take you a moment.

Smoking with cold smoke

Cold smoke adapter

Many connoisseurs consider the taste of cold smoked food as more sophisticated. The cold smoke adapter ZW-01 and ZWS-01 is a perfect solution for everyone who wants to try this method.

Smoking with cold smoke takes place at temperatures up to 24°C. It takes several hours up to 16 days (except that smoking products should not be in smoke all the time). Normally, the generator is switching on for 2 hours in the morning and two hours in the evening, unless the recipe we use indicates otherwise.

The smoke generator, which is part of the smoker, has a 110W heater. This heater can heat up to 40°C. The adapter allows you to lower the temperature to the conditions of cold smoking, and as a result, we obtain a temperature in the chamber only by 2 degrees higher than the atmospheric temperature.

The adapter is mounted to the generator and connected with a spiro (flex) pipe to the chamber. The length of the smoke supply pipe should be within the range of 1.2 – 2m.

You can easily protect your smoker from adverse weather conditions, scratches and dust.

The cover is ideally suited to the Borniak smoker. It is equipped with a functional puller which clench at the base of the device. It has a special air vent located on the side through which the air circulates. The whole is made of high quality materials and additionally stiffened in the circumference.

Food intended for smoking should be pre-dried. Instead of looking for a suitable place for drying, we can use the dryer directly in the smoker chamber.

The dryer is a type of fan that assemble in a place where there is normally a smoke generator. High efficiency of the device will ensure quick food drying before smoking!
