Smoking chips

The type of smoking chips has a significant impact on the taste, aroma and color of smoked products. Wood chips are like spices – depending on the species of tree from which they were obtained, some more suitable for fish, others for pork, and others for poultry.
The greatest fun is mixing the various wood chips, and thus composing your own recipes. However, remember – you need to be sure that the incinerated chips are completely natural – free of chemical additives, dust and any impurities.
