Dry cured bacon

We all know the benefits of homemade meats. Today, I made dry-cured smoked bacon. To prepare the bacon, I used my own spice blend which can be modified to suit individual tastes. I suggest using a smaller amount of salt in the summer. The bacon has an aromatic flavour and tastes delicious, you can taste the spicy aroma in every bite. The meat is very tender and delicate. Each bite is a feast for the palate. The bacon is delicious, I highly recommend it.
